The governator of Kaleefurnia banned use of welfare cards for certain businesses.
Businesses affected by the ban include psychics, bail bond establishments, bingo halls, cruise ships and tattoo parlors.
You mean I cannot use my welfare card to play bingo on a cruise ship while being tattooed*? How else will we get their lucky lotto numbers? And I can't bail myself out if I get caught?
*I only want 2 more tattoos: "I go Pogo" and "We have met the enemy and he is us". Do you mean the state won't pay for them anymore???
